Burna Boy Makes 2020 Grammy Awards Nominees List

Nigerian Burna Boy gets 2020 Grammy Awards nomination in the ‘Best World Music Category’.

Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has been nominated for the 2020 Grammy Awards.

Burna Boy’s African Giant got nominated in ‘Best World Music category’ for albums containing at least 51 per cent playing time of new vocal or instrumental World Music recordings.

Also nominated in the same category is is Altin Gün (GECE), Bokanté & Metropole Orkest Conducted By Jules Buckley (WHAT HEAT), Nathalie Joachim With Spektral Quartet (FANM D’AYITI) and Angelique Kidjo (CELIA).

The 62nd Grammy Awards, the most prestigious music awards in the world, will be held on January 26, 2020.
