#EndSARS: Senate Tells Buhari To Address Nigerians

The Senate also urged the protesting youths to stop the protest to allow the Federal Government address their demands.

The Nigerian Senate has told President Muhammadu Buhari to address Nigerians over the ongoing nationwide protests by the young people campaigning for an end to police brutality in the country.

The upper chamber of the National Assembly made this call on Tuesday at its plenary session.

The Senate also urged the protesting youths to stop the protest to allow the Federal Government address their demands.

Senate resolutions was sequel to a point of order motion on; “Matters of Urgent National Importance” brought by Senator Biodun Olujumi (PDP Ekiti).
