The need to carry the public along within the context of public interest as against individual interest is my great motivating factor for granting this interview. We must understand that the international best practice as it relate to public interest is that you must, at all times, accord preference to public interest as against individual interest. Where public interest is threatened, individual interest and individual rights must naturally give way.
