Busybodies who would rather inquire about when President Muhammadu Buhari would return than pray for his recovery after over 70 days of absence from work are at it again. They are not, like the biblical Thomas, asking to put their fingers in the ailing president’s wounded side to believe that he’s really ill. They are just asking why Acting President Yemi Osinbajo changed his mind and decided to brief the press, after initially declining to make any comment when he returned from his brief visit to London. Was the decision his own or did the cabal ‘encourage’ him to do it, script-in-hand? And which version is correct – was he completely alone with the president at any point of the brief visit, or were two members of the cabal (AK and TS) right there with him, like his shadow? Anyone to clear the air?
