Wacky Wine Weekend returns again to Robertson from 1-4 June 2017 with outdoor adventures, live music, fine dining and a myriad of entertainment for kids. The primary goal of the weekend in Robertson and surrounds is based on the sentiment of sharing and acquiring greater insight and appreciation of the Robertson Wine Valley’s wines. That being said, everyone should embrace the opportunity to sample and purchase some of the finest wines in the region.
To eliminate drinking and driving, a zero tolerance approach has been adopted by organisers of the festival. This has been done through introducing the ‘Designated Driver system’, an incentive that rewards the designated drivers with complimentary breakfast, coffee, and soft drinks. The Buddy Bus is an alternate choice with the bus ferrying you to and from your accommodation on festival days.
Wacky Wine Weekend celebrates their 14th year of creating wine, enjoying it and establishing a successful wine route.
