Fayemi Withdraws From APC Presidential Race, Asks Supporters To Vote Tinubu

Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti, one of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirants, has withdrawn from the race.

Fayemi announced his withdrawal while addressing delegates at the APC Special National Convention on Tuesday in Abuja.

He directed his supporters to vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the convention.

Former Governor Godswill Akpabio and former Gov. Ibikunle Amosun had earlier withdrawn from the race urging their supporters to vote for Tinubu.
