The Nigerian entertainment industry is in mourning as Veteran singer, Olanrewaju Ganiu Fasasi popularly known as Sound Sultan is dead.
According to his brother, Dr. Kayode Fasasi, in a statement, Sound Sultan passed on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the age of 44 died after a long and hard battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.
He is survived by a wife, three children and his siblings.
“We his family will appreciate the utmost privacy as we come to grips with this tragic loss,” the statement added.
