On the eve of US presidential election, nearly 100 million Americans had already voted either by taking advantage of early voting as supported by some states or voting by mail to avoid in-person voting due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
In 2016, 139 millions people voted in the election.
The numbers for 2020 suggest the number of voters will surpass 160 million.
