The Chief of Staff to President Muhammamdu Buhari, Abba Kyari, is dead.
The late Kyari who was diagnosed of COVID-19 about two weeks ago, died on Friday, according to Femi Adesina, the Senior Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity.
Since then he has been receiving treatment in an undisclosed location.
Adesina, who made the announcement in twwet at 12:44am on Saturday, said, “Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari, passes on. May God rest his soul. Amen. Funeral arrangements to be announced soon.”
