The Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has tested negative for COVID-19 for the second time.
Mr. Mohammed, who made this known via his Twitter handle on Thursday, expressed gratitude to the Almighty and Nigerians for their prayers.
He said, “Alhamdulillah. I just received the green light. My second test for #COVID19 returned negative. I thank you all for your prayers & support even while I was in isolation. Most importantly, all the praises & thanks be to Allah – the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
Mohammed expressed his gratitude to all religious leaders within and outside Bauchi State for their prayers and support.
He further thanked the Bauchi State COVID-19 management team for their hard work and commitment.
“My gratitude also goes to our religious leaders within and outside the state for their constant prayers, also our meticulous Bauchi #COVIDー19 team and the @NCDCgov,” he said.
