Adetola Adetoye: The Glamour Diva

When Adetola  Adetoye started out as a rookie make-up artist in her secondary school days, many probably thought it was an obsession she would outgrow.

On the contrary, Adetoye has grown into an award-wining make-up artist.  From practicing her skills on her sister to becoming the creative director of Anita Brows Beauty, Adetoye’s story encourages young folks to be enterprising.

For Adetoye, glamming up ladies for different occasions and events comes to her as a passion even before she made it a career. Her passion help  people become  better version of themselves has, however, earned her a name in the Nigerian make-up industry.

 

In six years of her career as a make-up artist, she has worked for many celebrities such as, Stephanie Coker, Toke Makinwa, Tonto Dikeh, Bella Adenuga and others, winning The Future Awards Africa Prize for Beauty 2017.

That Adetoye taught herself how to do make-up, honing her glamming skills through YouTube videos, also shows how far one can go with passion and focus.
